Despite the Counting Crows competition only being open to UK residents, you've gotta admire the, er . . . tenacity of the handful of Californians who entered.
    Anyhow, after sifting through the many hundreds of emails, the eventual winner was Jamie Crowther from Birmingham, who wins a pair of tickets to see Counting Crows at their upcoming date at the NEC on 21 January.
